- Ramadhan On-Wheels (ROW) materialized when 4PM realized the difficulties faced by the elderly, low income and dysfunctional families, in particular our experience in the late 80's in collecting provisions.

Education Center
- 4PM provides pre-school programmes, Nursery, K1 and K2 for children between 4 to 6 years old.
- The 4PM Education Centre is managed by a team of dedicated and experienced teachers.
